Lifesaver in Emergencies
Developed by KoçSavunma with an innovative approach, the Acoustic Detection and Monitoring System (ADMS) detects signals from sonar beacons and accurately locates bottomed submarines in emergencies or the underwater wreckage of downed air platforms.
Developed by KoçSavunma with an innovative approach, the Acoustic Detection and Monitoring System (ADMS) detects signals from sonar beacons and accurately locates bottomed submarines in emergencies or the underwater wreckage of downed air platforms.
Independence from the Hull
The ADMS is not a hull mounted system, but is rather submerged and retracted from the sea or lake by means of a small crane. This allows it to be easily integrated with different vessels and deployed in the field.
New Tasks and Capabilities
The ADMS can be integrated into autonomous underwater devices and can orient them towards the wreck. The product can also be adapted for use as a Diver Surveillance and Monitoring System.
Varying Depth for Most Accurate Result
The ADMS can be immersed to depths of 50 m, as determined by the user. Accordingly, it can perform rapid and precise detection, taking advantage of the acoustic characteristics of the sound velocity profile at a given depth.
ADMS’ map-based user-friendly graphical interface requires no sonar knowledge for the operator while offering the most effective operation.
